Wood Filler Water Base WFXX is a high-quality, water-borne wood filler based on acrylic copolymer resin and modified pigments. It is specially designed for filling surface irregularities, holes, and cracks in timber surfaces, delivering a smooth matt finish. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, WFXX is available in 19 colors to match various wood types.The product has a specific gravity of 1.70 Kg/L (±0.025) and a weight solids content of approximately 70% (±2). It is non-flammable, making it safe and easy to handle in diverse working conditions. WFXX is ideal for all types of timber, including natural wood, chipboard, and plywood, especially for filling cracks, imperfections, and uneven surfaces.Before application, ensure that the timber is fully aged with a moisture content below 15%. The surface should be clean, dry, and free from contaminants, with any natural oils or gums removed using a solvent. Sand the wood along the grain using sandpaper (#120) to achieve a smooth surface and remove dust prior to applying the filler.WFXX Wood Filler is ready to use and should be stirred thoroughly before application. Apply the filler with a putty knife, preferably a Swedish-style knife, to ensure even coverage. For easier application, the filler can be diluted 5–10% with sweet water depending on the desired consistency. Once applied, it provides a smooth, durable base for finishing or painting.
